This mind-bending science-fiction opus is a remake of Andrei Tarkovsky's acclaimed 1972 film. A widowed psychiatrist is sent to a space station orbiting the planet Solaris. While on board, he awakens to a shock: His wife is alive, and lying next to him. Her visit is apparently a gift from the mysterious planet.
