Writer-director Kevin Smith deftly blends sweet romance with crude, lewd inspired lunacy in this outrageously funny comedy. Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks play cash-strapped platonic roommates who try to make it in the adult-movie business in an attempt to get out of debt. A superb ensemble cast of costars features Craig Robinson, Jason Mewes, Justin Long, Ricky Mabe and Jeff Anderson. Former adult-film performers Traci Lords and Katie Morgan also have roles.
