When the spirits of her ancestors once again call upon her bravery and daring, Moana finds herself embarking on a new adventure, this time across the seas of Oceania into new, dangerous lands in search of uncharted horizons. Along the way, she reunites with the demigod Maui and encounters a new host of maritime friends to help her on her quest. The narrative serves as the sequel to the 2016 film of the same name.
